How do you download Massive from the Native Access?

I have a Mac mini. I'm trying to download Massive but it keeps coming up "Download failed". I've been reading everything but for whatever reason none of it is working.

    On my MacBook Pro and Mac Studio it just installed flawless with Native Access 2. You have the newest versions of macOS and Native Access on your mini?
