my s88 mk3 stopped working and support is horrible is there anyway to actually talk to a human. This company is making this frustrating and seems like a waste of my hard earned money

Agree! I got the S49 last week and I've had a lot of issues getting set up, the YouTube videos and manual are useless for my issues!
