I purchased a package of several Soniccouture libraries bundled together via NI. I paid for the bundle during checkout, and the purchase was approved by my credit card company, but the items do not appear in Native Access. It has been two days. I have tried to resolve this through the NI website support, but when the chat assistant comes up, there is no place provided for text entry. Therefore, I am writing here to see if an NI rep can assist me. I tried the phone number for my local NI sales office, but the line was disconnected.
