I opened a project I was working on in FL Studio, and suddenly it says my plugins are missing. I looked in my native instruments account, and my library misses a lot of plugins, including Kontakt 7. I bought all of this with komplete 13 ultimate, so I shouldn't have to buy this again, but I can't find the libraries anywhere. Please help.

    Try the following:

    1. Close Native Access in case it's open.
    2. Delete the file "NativeAccess.xml" found in the following location:
      [Windows] C:\Program Files\Common Files\Native Instruments\Service Center
[Mac] Macintosh HD > Library > Application Support > Native Instruments > Service Center
    3. Restart your computer.
    4. Open Native Access and see if Kontakt 7 and others are back.

Repeat these steps if necessary until any missing products re-appear.

Yay, happy to hear that 🙂 Not really - it's (possibly) due to a damaged/incomplete NativeAccess.xml that was downloaded by Native Access as written by Jeremy here.

I think all you can do really is to hope that this was a one time occurance and will never happen again… 😅
