Kontrol S2 MK2 Problem Connection

Hi, I play with Traktor Pro 2 and Kontrol S2 MK2. Now with my new Laptop Windows. After new Installalation Hardware only lights up once and no connection to software. tried everything.

the usb cable does not go fully into kontrol s2

need it to play to night at a party and no chance so far - please help me out

Hi, yes I installed everthing correct… but I then installed Traktor Pro 3 and everything was running quite good. thanks for your interest. Greets Tom

Did you install the driver? https://www.native-instruments.com/en/support/downloads/drivers-other-files/

Traktor starts up fine?
