Why are Plugins Alliance products not on my list?
I'm a Komplete Ultimate 14 user and I can't find some of the plugins that should appear in my list when I try to install them.
I do not understand what is happening. I also do not understand why there is no support for the user who has purchased a product. There is no email address to communicate any problem.

The download and installation of Plugin Alliance products works a bit different.
Follow these steps:
Your redeem code should be in your My products and serials at the very bottom.

Plugin Alliance products won't appear in Native Access. You need to download the Installation manager from Plugin Alliance.

You should have received an email with these instructions, maybe it went in your spam filter?

I also have this problem. The order confirmation only says "You'll receive download
links and serial number(s) for your download products in a separate
email. This email is sent when your order is fully processed." But I have not received the separate email [yes I've checked spam and deleted folders]. The Plugin Alliance installation manager doesn't show any new product for me either.0 -
More info - The PA K-14 bundle page now lists no products for free download. It only has an offer to sell us one item for $29.99 with a redeem code from NI. So instead of giving us the 3 items NI promised, we're allowed to buy one item at a discount. Seems like bait and switch, hopefully you'll explain how I'm mistaken and I will receive the 3 promised items.

You must have received an email. If not, go to the Native Instruments website, enter your account and in the products section, there is the serial number for each of them. The serial of P. Alliance products also comes.
Then go to the P. Alliance website, log in to your account and enter the previous serial number, this way you will have the plugins and can install them.0 -
Thanks. I reviewed all the emails I received from you, and they included no instructions for this download. However, I did as you suggested as was able to download my plugins, so all good now.

Plugin Alliance plugins aren't on your Native Instruments list because they're separate companies. Think of them as different music stores with separate inventories. Look for Plugin Alliance products in their own installer or your DAW's plugin manager.

Yes, but they are not “fused” together, at least not yet. It means the websites and install managers are separate for now.

No Plugin Alliance serial numbers, not even under my products, orders, nothing. Just did the upgrade today. Any ideas?
