Where are my products?

I have recently purchase 8Dio library that was available through NI/NKS as a promotion. I received acknowledgment of the order but not that it had been fulfilled,

Paid for and receipted. I have contacted NI through the messaging field and have received acknowledgement via email that the matter had been escalated. The messaging was cut short by the attendant, and I have taken screenshots.

It is now 3 days since I ordered and NI appear not to have done anything meaningful to get the purchased products available through Native Access.

Not sure if anyone else has been having similar issues, but NI support has been less than adequate in this matter
