Apple Store Champs-Elysées a réparé mes Mac Book Pro et Mac Mini M1 en effaçant tout!, le disque Komplete 13 ultimate plus l'update vers Komplete 14 Collector's acheté directement chez Native. Je suis dans la musique depuis mon jeune age mais ce maintenant que j'ai envie d'en faire, et tout seul. Donc je suis profane en technique musicale: peut-être que tous est encore la dans un endroit caché car je vois quelque chose: dans iCloud peut-etre me je metterai pas la main sur le feu. Quoi dire: j'attends quelque mots de votre part: ne me dit pas qu'il faut que je tout perdu. Cela serait une catastrophe car en plus je voudrais m'acheter le Clavier S49mk3 et Traktor X1 plus Traktor Pro 3: heuresement que j'ai le temps jusqu'au 8 Juillet; mais acant c'est la date plus j'avance vite. Je suis un homme pressé. J'ai perdu 30 ansde ma vie à ouvrir des boutiques de disques quand le vrai amour c'était de la faire.     If you bought direct from Native you should look in your Native Access. Normally all your stuff is there and you can download it again. Otherwise contact NI support.

    Your K14CE will be registered onto your account as an upgrade, your account still knows you qualified for the upgrade, just like it did when you originally purchased and registered your K14CE upgrade, simply download Native Access, log in and you should be able to re-download. You don’t need your K13 install, you simply install K14CE.

    I just installed my K14CE upgrade on my new to me MacBook, it all went fine.

    It’s huge so I hope you have a fast internet speed. Or you may want to do it in shorter bits, downloading the things you want to play now, and the rest overnight (or over a few nights if speed not that great).


    Unfortunately any songs/tracks you made when they wiped your disk will be gone. With the price of cloud storage, probably makes sense to put a copy of any tracks you make on there, or on some form of external drive.
