Unable to download Kontakt Factory Library 2 from Native Access

I've been trying for two days to download the Kontakt Factory Library 2 from the Native Access (application updated 3.11.1). Twice the download went through and progressed to the final message 'Successfully installed', but in the end nothing was installed (out of the 39.64 GB).
Yesterday I succeed to download and install the Kontakt application without a hitch, but the Factory Library failed every time (always after two long hours of progress, and despite the final success message nothing is downloaded!)

I then tried several locations and paths inside Native Access, but each time I got the message 'that path is invalid'.

I'm using an Apple iMac Sonoma 14.5. I've scoured the Forum, the Support pages, the Internet, but I can't find any answer that works. Thank you in advance for your help.

Hello, I've been having the same issue. Nothing I'm trying is working and the google drive download is failing halfway through. Can someone from Native Instruments please get their **** together and fix this?

@Pachangita There's no need for this kind of language, even though frustration is understandable. Tried again the link and it's working on our end. Please try with Google Chrome, it usually works better for downloading from Google Drive links. Thanks to your link to Google Drive I finally managed yesterday to download Kontakt Factory Library 2 without going through Native Access. I was able to test it, and Kontakt application today in Standalone and as a plugin (in Logic X): everything seems to be working fine.
However, I didn't exactly manage to find the same interface as in this video: https://youtu.be/cANXrimv8C8?si=0MRz9L6qwNBMRi5G
Top left: I don't have the icons (library books, floppy disk, sprocket wheel etc.) next to the Kontakt logo, instead I just have the words 'File', 'Library', View'. I've looked, but can't find them, ok it's a start :)

So many thanks for your help on this essential part.
Now I just need to get it right so I can download a bank with Native Access...
Maybe a smaller one would work?

Could you please tell me how should ideally be in 'Preferences' the best path to choose for 'Content Location' (btw I created a NI Libraries folder in my external hard drive where I placed Factory Library 2), and in the 'Installation Paths' of each individual bank (the three little points nearby...) about 'Content Location'.

There were a few changes in the interface: Kontakt 7.7 - User Interface Changes

It looks like you chose the right location for your installation folders for Native Access, there's a video about it too: Setting Install Locations in Native Access [VIDEO]
