Where can I find a power adapter for my tractor kontrol mk 1?
It is a simple 15V and 2.66A AC/DC adapter (- is outside the jack, + inside the jack). You can find and apply something by the size of jack with these parameters (voltage MUST BE EXACTLY 15V, but amperage CAN BE BIGGER, BUT NOT LOWER).
Or just buy a new one?

Don't know which Mk1 you mean, but I suspect most likely it will be a Traktor Kontrol S2 or S4 Mk1:
