I have an old POD with an effect called Buzz Wave. It is a square wave and sawtooth effect. Is there a way to create this in Guitar Rig, or some presets I can try that may do this already?

sounds to me that you are looking for the harmonic synthesizer module, at least i would start with that based on your description.
I ended up using the pitch pedal from Waves. Maybe something for Guitar Rig devs to look into and create their own version of. The pitch effect included with Guitar Rig just changes the pitch, the pedal from Waves makes the sound nice and aggressive.
