Maschine 2.17.4 missing plug ins error. (Scarbee could not be loaded ERROR!) for ex.

Hello, I'm having issues all of the sudden with all of my instruments, synths, drums, etc., not loading onto Maschine.

I followed all of the steps on Maschine's website for example:

https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001940438-Maschine-Error-Missing-Plug-ins-The-following-Plug-ins-could-not-be-loaded

It DID NOT work. I've reinstalled all of the content in Native Access (over 200).

The interesting thing is that when using Maschine (stand alone), I can preview all of the sounds, but when I click to add the preset, that's when I get the "could not load error".

I feel like it may have something to do with my library plug in folder location, but I have no idea.

Does anyone have a solution?

FYI, I'm using Windows 11. Thank you.

Did you figure this out. I had no problems until I updated Maschine (hadn't updated in almost a year) Now most of my plugins dont work. Same issue with being able to preview sounds on hardware. I have uninstalled everything and reinstalled and manually added libraries and plugins. Still no luck. Also on Windows 11.

Just an update in case you come back to this. I ended up deleting Maschine software and following the link you posted to delete the folder for it. I then used regedit and manually deleted all registry entries for maschine 2. I then rebooted and deleted native access. I reinstalled native access and used it to reinstall Maschine and after that everything was working again.

Thanks for sharing your experience. I haven't had a chance to respond. However, I have an open ticket and I am currently seeing what happens with Native's support team.

However, I will see what happens and get back to you. I'm intrigued with what you previously mentioned. I haven't tried that sequence of troubleshooting with Native Access.

    I'll get back to you.

    Thanks.

Hi Rocsteady, I'm experiencing the same issues on Mac. Did you ever get a reply to that open ticket?
