What's your operating system? What's your computer's specs? Which version of Native Access are you trying to install, downloaded from where?

Their profile says Windows 8.1 so it's probably due to the OS being outdated (based on a quick Google search).
Yep, checking the product page it clearly states Windows 10 or 11.
If it really IS Windows 8.1, it will never work. OP needs to update either their profile or the OS, hah. 😧
