Native Access don`t have products

Hello guys. Yesterday i bought midi NI A25. Connected to my DAW. It`s working in Ableton, but knobs in my Midi dont have lights & colors. After I downloaded the Native Access, registrated, opened the NA but I have nothing. Only Kontakt 6, but I had it before. No any products. What I can be do for my right work for correct work of all knobs.

Did you register the keyboard hardware serial in Native Access ?

You are supposed to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS (unless you are using a legacy OS , Mac 10.15 and earlier / Win 7 downloads) , if you are using Mac then at the moment then maybe best not using newest version but only NATIVE ACCESS 3.8.0 (in case of a download problem then try log in to Google)

Else try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access
