Stuck while installing drivers on Native Access

Hey everyone, I recently bought the Komplete audio 6 and I'm currently trying to install the drivers for it to work ; I clicked "install all", I did read that the downloading time was pretty long, but I'm stuck on installing Kontakt 7 player for hours now. Kontakt 6 and other plugins did work, but not this one. Ive got 500mo/s and a powerful laptop, I tried uninstalling NA, deleting every files I had but Im really stuck on this… Id appreciate some help :)

the drivers for the komplete audio 6 you should find here https://www.native-instruments.com/en/support/downloads/drivers-other-files/ but of course kontakt 7 player should download and install fine. What system do you use, what os?

Hello, so does that mean I confused drivers and plugins ? I thought the things I was downloading on Native Access were the drivers. And I see three different windows (10) versions that I can download on the link you sent me, should it be the latest ? And concerning all the stuck downloads including kontakt 7, I'm running windows 11, and yeah sorry, as you can see I'm not really familiar with all the audio stuff, it's the first time I try it :)
