How do I get my Traktor Kontrol S2 to work?

Just got a Traktor Kontrol S2 as a beginner, it was working in the first few days but what happens now is when I plug it in my computer all the lights turn but automatically switch even while the Traktor Pro 3 is open and no lights are on and it just doesnt work. I would be very grateful for it to somehow make it work again by finding out a solution.

    Hello,

    you can try to use the installation wizard, it's on the bottom of the preferences window, you click on the cogwheels on the upper right then you see the preferences window.
