Traktor Kontrol S4 not working with my Traktor Pro 3

Hi,

I have installed Traktor Pro 3 on my PC and Macbook.

When i connect Traktor Kontrol S4 with USB on my PC/Notebook it doesn't work. The led of the S4 lights up a second and deseaper. I have downloaded the drivers Traktor Kontrol S4 MK3 but the S4 is still not starting.

The S4 is not working either with my PC or Mac?

I borrowed the S4 to my cousin and wanted to test it before bying it but i will probably not if it s not working on my devices.

Can you help me please?

I assume it's the Traktor s4 mk3?

Do the display show anything? Like the traktor symbol.

Traktor Pro 3 is started? The device will do nothing if traktor is not started.

I have Windows 11 and Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8265U CPU @ 1.60GHz 1.80 GHz

MacOS : Sonoma 14.4.1 and Processor Intel UHD Graphics 617 1536 Mo

Yes Traktor Pro 3 is started and when i connect Traktor Kontrol S3 MK3 the led lights up and the shut down.

On Traktor Pro 3 is does not display anything.

Ps: My cousin used it and the S4 is working…

Wait this is confusing. It's the first time you mention the s3. There is no s3 mk3 btw.

Are the s3 and s4 not working on your mac and pc?

But the s4 mk3 is working on your cousins computer?

Sorry i made a mistake. I borrowed his Traktor Kontrol S4 in order to test it before buying it.

I downloaded drivers for Traktor Kontrol S4 MK3 but it is still not working.

Traktor Kontrol S4 is not starting with lights up led even when Traktor Pro 3 is running/connected on my PC or Macbook.

Do you have an explanation please? Can you help please?
