Why does my browser look different from the YouTube demos?

I have Kontakt7 and I've noticed that my browser is different to the ones I see on YouTube.

I am using a 2021 M1 MacMini

Mine is the first, the second is from YouTube

Your version of Kontakt is a newer version where they removed the icons
