Stuck in "Loading Products" while Native Access try to start

I'm having issues while i'm trying to install Native Access on Windows. Indeed, when i run Native Access, it gets stuck immediately during "Loading Products" phase.

I have tried to disable the firewall, but it doesn't solve the issue.

Do you have some advices ?
