why are the expansions in my native access not moving to my maschine plus?

    I did a factory reset, logged in again, and now it’s downloading.

    Maschine expansions presumably? Which ones?

    You do know that the expansions install to the Plus wirelessly? They don't "move to" the Plus. They have to be downloaded by you from the Plus.

    However, not all expansions are installable on the Plus, depending on what you purchased.

    yes. they are not showing up on my maschine plus to download is what i meant.

    these are the expansions i ordered; Echo Versions, Bazzazian, Arcane Attic, Lone Forest, Hexagon Highway, Sierra Grove, Helios Ray, Prismatic Bliss, Street Swarm, Midnight Sunset, and Electric Touch .

    Prismatic Bliss won't be listed, but all the others are compatible.

    Is the Plus wifi turned on? How long has it been since you bought them?

    the WiFi is on.

    It scans for updates, but doesn’t download the new expansions from native access.

    I purchased them 2 weeks ago.

    I’ve double checked that my maschine plus serial number is correct.

    Have you been able to install expansions in the past?

    Are you sure the login details on the Plus are the same as the details you used to buy the expansions?

    no , I’ve just purchased this maschine plus this month.

    I was wondering that same question but haven’t been able to find the login information on the hardware itself.

    How do you do a Factory reset ?

    I see my expansion packs on my library on nature access but not available on the machine plus itself

    i think i found the option in the setting…
