does anyone have a link to download NI_Support_Tool_Mac.zip, because the google drive link says "Google Drive-Quota exceeded", and it is impossible to download it.

Try log into Goggle when you try to download , that could maybe (?) give you the opportunity to copy to own drive if you can not download directly after log in !
