Hi,

I want to sell my Komplete 14 Collectors Edition, but I don't know, if I can sell it with Komplete 13 Select instead of my KSelect 12, which came with my S61Mk2 (which I don't want to sell).

This is my path to Komplete 14 Collectors Edition:
KSelect 12 (came with S61Mk2) → Komplete 12 Ultimate Upgrade KSelect → Komplete 12 Ultimate CE Upgrade KU8-12 → Komplete 13 Ultimate CE Update → Komplete 14 CE Update

I want to keep my KSelect 12 and I want to replace it with a Komplete Select 13 license as base for the updates / upgrades to Komplete 14 Collectors Edition (see attached screenshot), which I also own. Is this possible?

Thank you.

I think that it is entirely possible that that can be done because I have been told that N.I. a while back changed policy so that you can use e.g. a newer Select as base for older upgrades. However , I have not ever gotten any feedback on if this is correct and public policy has solely been that you will have to contact N.I. Account Support and get the final confirmation ! (sorry that I am not in a position to do better than refer you)

Use the following method to get through to support :

Because there has been introduced chat support for Native Access assistance (at least daytime on normal work days) then your experience may be different from what is described below :

Click through make the right choices to open a ticket : N.I. Account Support

Scroll down to bottom of page N.I. Account Support and log in.

    Then click the Contact support.

Then again click the Contact N.I. support that shows.

1: Do you need help with the activation or installation of a product?

    NO

2: Is your question about License Transfers / 2nd hand purchases? This question is required.

    YES

3: We have collected all info around 2nd hand purchases in this overview.

    That doesn't help

4: OK. Are you a buyer or seller Seller

5: Have you already requested a License Transfer

    YES (you tried but failed)

6 : Ok, so something went wrong with your transfer request. Do you want to sell hardware or software Hardware

7 : Important: If you want to sell MK2 / MK3 hardware, please only request a License Transfer for the hardware serial number.

    OK

8 : Some licenses are not transferable

I still want to contact support

Please click Continue and don't forget to send us the serials you want to sell!

    Continue

9 : OK! Let's gather some information specific to your issue.

This is the opening of your ticket described in ONE line so INCLUDE the SERIAL , then OK to open ticket .
