How can I Activate Guitar Rig without it crashing?

Just paid for Guitar Rig and hit the Activate button to prevent the Sound of Pain from punishing me every 30 min.
I am running it on an M1 Mac OSX 14.4.1.
I have tried hitting the Activate Button from a plugin instance in Logic Pro, and from running Guitar Rig standalone, and both result in a crash:
I tried another link about crashes on start (deleted prefs and allowed full disk access), but I don't think that's my problem… it runs fine except for Activation.
Was hoping to shred the evening away, and not fear The Sound of Pain.

Did you fill in the serial into the Native Access add serial in lower left ? Check your email for serial (including spam folder) or if serial is not yet used then look at the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page , where it then ought to be listed as Not registered. Then use the serial in Native Access, then eventually exit reboot and check again.
Else if problem persists after activating in Native Access then try the trouble-shooter here : My Products Are Showing As DEMO in Native Access , especially '2. Your activation fails because of corrupted or missing activation tokens' and '3. You have corrupted XML files' (delete both NA XML and offending Kontakt product XML)
Afterwards , always open Kontakt as stand alone first prior to first use in DAW , else should Kontakt open fine as stand-alone but not in DAW after registration then try resetting the Logic Pro (you can reset Logic to default by deleting this file: Macintosh HD/Users/Username/Library/Preferences/com.apple.logic10.plist)
Also when using Mac then ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon must have full disk access. And disks be of correct format. How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS , Notes on Network Drives and Disk Formats
