Hello, since I have updated my Mac with M1 chip to Sonoma, Native access does not update anything or adding serial number, or when I download Kontakt free. Likewise, in Kontakt I don't see the libraries I had, neither Spitfire Audio nor others, I've tried everything I've seen on the forums, but it doesn't work. If I don't update to Sonoma... I also had the error of not saving a backup to return to the previous operating system.
Can someone help me? I'm a professional and it's costing me money this time stopped.
