    No Support here too, a machine asking questions but if there are wrong questions, how can i get the right answer? Two so simply Questions, like 1. Why is my RX8 desplays as two purchases, but i only bought 1? (in purchase history) Than i hoped for real support via Email, so i would confirm my email adress they said my email adress was not confirmed. But it's the same email i logged in. It takes me too much time and for earning money as a musican, i can't do this theater here. - And the support team who justify here for the good support.....sorry guys, you leave me alone!!!

    Hi.

    I've just installed Kontakt 7.

    I have three instruments, Alicia keys, Exhale and Analog Dreams. For some reason the Analog Dreams don't show inside Kontakt. I'm running the latest OS on a MacBook pro with M1 processor. Does anybody have a clue?

    Do you still have Kontakt 6 installed ? If so then make sure that you are not opening the libraries in the wrong version of Kontakt !

    If you have a specific problem with Kontakt then my advice is to open a thread of your own in the appropriate Kontakt sub-forum and give all necessary information including computer type , OS version , Native Access version , Kontakt version , and any other info that might be of help including error messages, an eventual sceenshot of problem and what you have done to troubleshoot so far! Or alternatively contact N.I. Kontakt Support or right away instead !

    Your post suggests that you are using newest version of all software , never the less then your statement "I'm running the latest OS on a MacBook pro" would typically make people believe that you were using Sonoma but your profile page says Ventura 13.6.2) so please be specific when opening your own thread !

    @Max from Sweden There was a very short issue with Native Access. The latest version of Native Access is now available (3.10.1) Please install this new version and then try reinstalling the missing library.

    I have been trying to get in contact fir WEEKS now to buy pro3 I tried these links from one of the questions - see below.. HOW do I contact them please. As I got a voucher but when I went to buy it - it didn’t include the voucher even though it’s viable for 3 months.. I replied to the email that sent the voucher - no one ever gets back to me .. it’s really frustrating and really unprofessional 🫣

    IS there any email to contact them for help with this please?

    I wanted to update to Music Production 6.5 on your web. My update price shows $99.50. When going to my cart it shows $299 with a message showing "You do not qualify for cheaper prices". Could not find an answer from your product support page. Please advice. Thanks.

    Support doesn't work. It just takes you to a bunch of FAQs that are completely useless. Time to stop using NI.
