This happened recently, not sure what's causing the A and B buttons to blink non-stop. I tried turning all 4 decks into "track deck," adding modifiers and none of it has worked thus far.

If I press A or B, the remix decks become enabled and it no longer blinks.
Essentially, when remix decks are off, the A and B buttons are flashing when they should just be turned off.
Are your firmware and drivers up to date? Do you use any custom mappings?
I only have two modifiers that I added, rest are default. I tried removing those too, didn't work.
Deck Flavor modifier should do the trick. Just send value 0 instaed of 127 for the "max" value.
