Terrified to update to Kontakt 7.10.1.... ????

Anyone else terrified to update cuz it may break your system and then you spend a few hours downgrading and just waste a ton of time? I'm on 7.8.1 rn and it's stable in VEPro 7 on Windows, 7.9.1 was a pure dumpster fire and unusable on my system.

Anyone having significant issue with 7.10.1???

All of my stuff has been stable from the beginning on Kontakt7 and all it's upgrades on Windows 10 pro, but that seems to be a moving target for some folks. All that 7.10.1 did was address some startup time issues and some visual and sound lag, so it may not be worth it yet if you don't really need something in it.

It's crashes when validating and starting Logic (v10.8.1) starts.

I'm scared to update absolutely anything and everything that's related to software. For some reason, the modern way of things seems to me to be to make updates far worse than their former versions.

I've got 18 pending updates on Komplete Standard 14 and I'll wait until I learn of any potential shitshows before I click on that "Update All" box. Never select the "Auto-update" option with anything!

I'm not updating Kontakt until we get some clear messaging from NI on which version of Kontakt will be compatible with which version of Sonoma/Logic and Komplete Kontrol Keyboard Mk3.

There's indeed an issue with Kontakt 7.10.1 in Logic at the moment. Please hold off updating for now if you're using Logic on Sonoma. No reports so far from Windows users though

Don't even bother messing with any other versions of Kontakt 7 player. I'm hours into this with deleting old files and reinstalling older versions; no results. They are just going to paste the link to Kontakt 7 crashes...
