Native instruments komplete 14

I have been using NI KOMPLETE since version 8 and I recently updated to komplete 14. Ever since service center is now the way I download and upgrade is there a reason for me to keep the komplete 9 box (and komplete 11 upgrade box) which were both purchased as hard copies?

and no you don't have to keep them don't need to keep them, you only need native access and your account with the registered products.
