Is there a way to modify the range of the pitch wheel on my keyboard?

I'm trying to recreate a Lap Steel part.

One bend is down a third. G# to E.

Is there any way to do that?

To reinforce: open the edit view, under group editor select the group(s) you want to edit. Under "source" click on "mod" right under "preset" and change the slider for pitch bend. you can control from 0 semitones to 12 semitones
