how to make the stems show in the software

i have a Z1 MK 3 and cannot see the stems showing up in the software can you help

There is no Z1 MK 3. Are you talking about the X1MK3 or the original Z1 Traktor mixer?

Apologies , the controller is x1 MK3 and the mixer is the Z1 DJ mixer .

i have loaded the software but cannot see the stems .

Have you loaded a stem track into a deck and is the deck view larger than 'Micro'? The big waveform display should should switch automatically to 'Stem View'.
