It doesn't allow me to install even when changing installation location
Is that the location you installed the download from the Strezov Sampling website? Carefully read bullet points 4 and 5. of this document. Basically I don't think you are pointing to the proper location!

Yes, but as the document states, for this library, Native Access does not do an actual installation, you are just pointing to the installation that you did, the prerequisites section of the document I linked has instructions on what you need to do to actually "Install" the library.
