Trash upgrade

I recently bought the Trash update.. when I installed from portal it did notinstall the latest version. It installed a previous version with the old GUI.Need to have the new version put into my account in portal.

I have tried several times to use the support portal but when I finally get to create ticket it doesn't finish.. just circle going round until it ends my connection
