Rollback Native Access to 3.8

Hey everyone!

I'm having severe problems with any kind of instance of NI on Cubase 13.0.30 so in my despair im trying to roll back access to 3.8 or even lower but all the download links I found have expired or are locked due to too many downloads...

Can anybody help? This is turning into a mess...
