I use MainStage on a MacBook Pro for live performances, and I use a lot of NI instruments as VSTs in MainStage. I recently updated my computer, going from a 2019 i7 to an M2 Max. I successfully installed everything on the new computer using Native Access. I confirmed everything worked, all patches worked in my performance files, all NI instruments worked perfectly. 2 days later when setting up for my first live show and sound checking, none of my NI patches in my MainStage project worked. When trying to open the NI VST, I get a MainStage error message saying 'Loading instruments has failed as their libraries are not installed on this computer.' And a NI message saying Demo/Buy/Activate Kontakt 6. 'Launch Native Access to Activate'. So I opened Native Access and most of the instruments I have always had, had successfully installed 2 days prior, are just not there. E.G. 'The Gentleman' acoustic piano, 'Vintage Organs', etc… Also the few instruments that were there, it looked like they weren't installed. I think part of the problem might be that after installing everything, I went to iCloud Storage settings and clicked 'Keep Desktop and Documents Folders in iCloud'. Thinking maybe all the instrument libraries were in the documents folder and got sent to the cloud and off my hard drive? If that's the case, how do I get everything back local? But also, why aren't all my instruments showing up in Native Access?
