Action Woodwinds - Kontakt 6 compatibility

Hello,

can anyone let me know before the end of the day if it is possible to use "Action Woodwinds" in Kontakt 6?

I have a Mac Pro 5.1 with OS Mojave, on which Kontakt 7 cannot be installed. So, if "Action Woodwinds" can be handled by Kontakt 6, I might buy it, otherwise not.

Please let me know before the offer ends.

Unfortunately, no. It needs Kontakt 7.8.1 or higher as per its At a glance section.

Note that Kontakt 6 is discontinued software and future Kontakt libraries will need Kontakt 7.

Technically, further development on Kontakt 6 will be discontinued. It will continue to be supported, but new development will focus on Kontakt 7.8.1.

And just to let you know, I got Action Woodwinds last week and it's a KILLER library!!!!

I'm sorry I can't use Kontakt 7 on my computer but my MacPro is very powerful (2 6-Core Intel Xeon processors 3.46 GHz, 12 cores, 128 Gb Ram, 500 GB SSD system disk, two 2TB NVME drives on PCI slots for libraries, 2TB internal HD for files storage + some external drives for backup).

It still works perfectly and therefore I don't plan to change it with a new Mac Silicon so as long as I remain on this computer I will be satisfied with the libraries I have (which are still very many and sufficient for what I'm currently doing).

I'm sorry I can't purchase Action Woodwinds, but I will, when I change the computer in the future, hopefully not too soon, given the prices of Macs Studio (not to mention the new MacPro).
