How do I remove Demo Time Out on a third party Library?

I purchased a library but I am unable to use the library after about 30 minutes because it goes into demo time out

. How do I register or remove demo mode? The seller said I have to contact Native Instruments.

@Aaranda1 You should check the system requirements of that library. Some only require the free Kontakt Player, other third party libraries require the full version of Kontakt. Please check with the manufacturer.

Did you click Activate? And - what OS are you running and what version of Kontakt - that screencap looks an old version.

Finally - what version of Native Access?

Third-party libraries - Installation

Some third-party library makers gives you a serial to redeem in Native Access and gives you a download from third-party library maker that you install and then use locate function (found at three little dots menu lower right of product picture) in Native Access to get Native Access to 'accept' the library and it will then show when you open Kontakt or Komplete Kontrol stand alone !.

A lot of other makes just gives you a zip file to download that you will then have to un-zip and then copy to the Kontakt user library and then you navigate to it in the file browser and open it from there.

I looked into the above , took some doing because of stylized character fonts used when writing name of presets.

But it appears to be Saxor De Banda HR Vol. 3 / Los Samples Más Reales Del 2021 / Samples HR (contact information in Youtube description) from this Mexican outfit ('Manuales' of no use 3/5 down the page) !

Manufactures general product description : Samplers (virtual instruments) : They are the libraries in nki format designed especially for you, they were created in a version a little outdated to be able to cover thousands of musical arrangers with different versions of Kontakt, and in a computer with low mbs of ram to be able to leave the libraries as light as possible.

It's possible that there are some useful information hidden in one of the "Videoayudas y Tips" videos linked to 2/3 down this page if one understands the language , but I don't and also I am not inclined to have to watch all them videos !
