Moving to a new computer -- Native Access won't install my purchased sound libraries

I've had Scarbee Pre-Bass and Session Horns for a couple of years on a Windows 10 machine. I'm now moving all my stuff to a new Windows 11 machine. I can't seem to get those sound sets -- Native Access tells me there's no viable version of Kontakt present, that I need at least version 5. But I have both version 6 and version 7 of Kontakt Player present. So do those sound sets now only work with the full version of Kontakt?

They should still work with the player version. It sounds like Native Access is getting confused with requirements. I'd suggest putting in a support request here - Native Access – Native Instruments (native-instruments.com)
