Anyone else with problems on Mac OS Ventura an Native Access V 3.9.1 - Kontakt 7 doesn't have permission to open all of a sudden. Libraries (NI AND 3rd Party are missing) although they are installed and have been working without problems for the last 12 months ... Looks like NA2 has a huge permission problem. Full Disk Access doesn't help at all.

I've experienced similar troubles. Now, it's just that whenever I try to download a product I instantly get hit with a "Download failed" error message. I'm hoping they find a fix soon.

Mac OS Ventura and Native Access 3.9.1. None of my products are coming up, none. All I get is go to the shop. Was fine a few days ago. Rebooted my Mac but no change. Monday 10:25AM MST.

Similar issue here. when I open NA2, I get the "oops... Looks like nothing comes up "" I know I'm logged in correctly. I've restarted several times. I'm not on a firewall and I trashed the NativeAccess.xml file on MacOs library and restarted. nothing changed

Same for me also ! I get "oops... Looks like nothing comes up "

I've try to install Native Access 3.9.1 again but same problem.

Logoff / logon does not change anything

To see if you were hit by the latest NA server side problem then try a reboot ! :

Quote Hayo_NI : "We found the source of the problem and addressed the issue. To get back to normal, please restart Native Access and everything should be back to normal. You can also untoggle the "Show Discontinued Products" again."

Yes all is working now. It was an NI issue as I had already tried a reboot as well as a purge command.

@Jens Oettrich There was an issue with Native Access that is now fixed, restarting Native Access should fix it. Does it fix it for you as well, and if it doesn't, can you navigate to where your Kontakt libraries are and check the samples folders, are the files still there? Screenshots are welcome ;)
