Spare parts Traktor Kontrol Z2

I just purchased a Traktor Kontrol Z2 mixer.

How do you get spare parts (pitch, slider, potentiometer)?

You might be able to get them from Native Instruments by putting in a support request. I got a replacement set of faders for an S8 back in 2022. If they don't have any you can get faders from innofader (very expensive) or off eBay, although the eBay ones don't usually come with a PCB. Not sure about the rotary pots, but I'd certainly start with NI
