Komplete Kontrol DAW not showing up in my list of midi peripherals on ProTools

Hi,

I am running Pro Tools, 3.2024 and in the midi peripherals section I can only see Komplete Kontrol main and Komplete Kontrol EXT as options to pick from in the drop down list.

Because I can't see Komplete Kontrol DAW. My keyboard is not giving me DAW control.

Can someone suggest a fix for this?

Would maybe have been a good idea to include computer type , OS version and Native Access version , but I will go with the following from your profile : M1 Max, Mac OS Ventura 13.6.4, Kontrols S(6)1 MK3

Try this / Try (re-)installing latest version of Native Access for your OS , exit Native Access, then delete the Hardware section in Library/applicationsupport/nativeinstruments/ and then reinstall Hardware connection service from within Native Access.
