I have Native Access and Kontakt 7 installed. However, when I try to open Kontakt 7 on my DAW, it asks to launch Native Access to activate Kontakt 7. However, it can't detect Native Access on my laptop, and asks me to install Native Access. I'm not sure how to fix this, and I didn't have this problem before I installed Shreddage Stratus and Precision.

Putting how to delete/reset the XML file of Native Access here:

    Reset the XML file

If you have checked all the above and you are still missing a product, please follow these steps to reset the Native Access XML file:

    1. Quit Native Access and all other apps.

    2. Open the following location on your computer:

macOS: Macintosh HD > Library > Application Support > Native Instruments > Service Center

Windows: C: > Program Files > Common Files > Native Instruments > Service Center

What's your operating system? Can you open the library in Kontakt in standalone? Do Kontakt, Native Access and Garageband have full disk access? How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

My operating system is MacOS, I can't open Kontakt in standalone. Yes, Kontakt, Native Access, and Garageband have full disk access. I didn't have this problem before until I started downloading more plugins, only now does it start to ask to launch NA.
