Any pro tools users with battery 4 out there??

I watched a great video by Amir Perry showing how to route battery pads to different outputs in pro tools and it worked great:

for some reason, every track visually has all the midi info for all parts of the kit, but when soloed it sounds correctly like it should be (track one is assigned to kick so the kick sounds, channel 2 claps etc). My question is does pro tools just always show all the midi, even if a track is assigned to just one part of the kit? Like for my first track being kick is there a way to only see the kick and not the whole set recorded? It’s weird because visually it’s everything but sound wise it’s all correct. I’ve attached a photo trying to show what I I mean.
