Izotope Trash crashes my able tone 11

Hi all, im stuck, just bought the new trash plugin, but every time i load it on a channel, ableton crashes, any idea?

    Hello,

    can you give a bit more details, like operating system, do you use vst3 or audio units, does it happen with other hosts also?

    Are you using MacOS 10.14? Trash only supports MacOS 12, 13 and 14: https://www.izotope.com/en/products/trash.html#specs

    If you're unable to update your OS, I'd recommend to ask for a refund.
