Can you point me to detailed/efficient info on using Maschine Mikro mk2 in midi mode in Cubase?

If someone could direct me to a good spot in the manual or manuals (Maschine software, hardware, controller editor, Cubase, etc total 5000+ pages) to configure the Mikro mk2 to work as a controller in Cubase I'd appreciate it. If not the manual maybe a tutorial? 

I've searched a lot (this forum, Cubase forum, NI support, google) but there's not much out there regarding the Maschine Mikro mk2 at all. Any mikro mk2 users here who might take pity maybe?
