Question about Session Percussion

Hello Community

I'm on iMac, Monterey 12.7.4 with a 3.3 GHZ Intel Core i7 processor and 16 GB off Ram. I work with Maschine+, S49 MK2 keyboard with the Maschine 2 software and I would like to convert a "Session Percussion" track into a Sample. I proceed as usual but nothing is recorded. Isn't it possible to do that with this software?

It seems that Session Percussion is very RAM intensive. I quickly lose speed and have crackles in the sound.

Thanks for information... renek

Ok, so for the loops of Session Percussionist being recorded you need to write the MIDI notes that play the different loops.

Unfortunately there's a current bug that doesn't allow to show the keyswitches inside Maschine or Komplete Kontrol. In Kontakt standalone you can see the different keyswitches.

You can find more about that in the manual.

@renek(a) What do you mean byy "I proceed as usual but nothing is recorded." Do you mean the autosample feature? Since Session Percussionist has a built in sequencer, it's not like a piano or a synth where all the notes are automatically recorded. You'll need to record the audio output of your Kontakt track, so you need to write the MIDI clip with the sequences of your liking.

    Danke Jeremy

I use Maschine+ ... Sampling ... Internal and there I choose the group and the sound to record a Sample. For example, if my Session Percussion is on Group A1, Sound1, I choose in Internal Sampling Maschine+ the source A1-Sound1 and I record the playing loop. It works for complex instruments, but obviously not for SC.

I want to try exporting the SC loop in WAV, using Export Audio (on Maschine 2), to recover the loop in WAV so that it is much lighter.

I Unfortunately I didn't understand how you will say to do it.

    Thanks René
