I’m new to the Native Instruments community and was wondering if someone could tell me what these boxes mean? Does it mean there are missing libraries? If so, how do I retrieve them?
Any responses would be greatly appreciated. 🙏🏾
That's just a bug in the software that comes from having the show legacy software turned on .
Try turning off show legacy or instead try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access
Problem ought to either have been fixed in the new NA V. 3.9.1 or will soon be fixed in a new version !
