Product is installed on NA but says not activated when I try to use it,

Hi

My product " True Strike 2" is installed on NA but says not activated when I try to use it,

I put serial number back in but not fixing the problem.

This started happening when I updated my NA and Kontakt 7.

Thanks for your help with this.

Are this happening both when using Kontakt as a stand-alone and when using as plugin in a DAW or only in a DAW ? And are you opening Kontakt directly or Kontakt inside Komplete Kontrol ?

For starters then try the following Trouble shooter here : My Products Are Showing As DEMO in Native Access , especially '2. Your activation fails because of corrupted or missing activation tokens' and '3. You have corrupted XML files'
