Maschine + "error Loading project failed"

Hi,

I'm trying to transfer maschine 2 projects to a Maschine + (wich is not mine), but no matter what i try, i get the same error "Loading Project Failed"

I checked the software versions (2.17.5 on both systems), there is no third party VST involved, i saved the project with samples, placed the samples in the Sounds folder (and also tried with the Samples folder), did everything according to the official instructions, and it still doesn't work.

I wish Maschine + software gave us a hint on what's wrong with the project, it's very frustrating.

Any idea on how to troubleshoot or solve it ?

It could have something to do with plugins versions used.

If some of the plugins (I mean the compatible ones) you used on your computer is on a more recent version than the ones on M+, it could cause problems.

An example is Massive, that recently had an update on computers and therefore is more advanced than the one in M+

Troubleshooting ideas:

Save the Project with a new name from within Maschine application and try to load that on the M+.
Save Project with samples and try to load that.
Make copies of the Project and delete all Groups except for one. Do that for each Group. This might give you a hint where the problem might be.

I already tried the two first options, without success.

I finally gave up and stayed with my first setup (bring my Mac Mini, screen and keyboard with me on stage for this project).
