Heavyocity Foundations load error

I'm trying out Heavocity Foundations Staccato Strings ahead of purchasing another instrument since they do not offer a trial for what I want. I have successfully installed and registered it, but when I load it either through my DAW or in standalone Kontakt player, the instrument seems to only partially load. As you see in this screenshot, not everything appears. And for some reason, it says "DEMO" in the instrument field. I thought this was a fully operating, free instrument, so I am not sure what that is about either. Suggestions?

Kontakt player 7.8.1

Win 10

Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-10900K CPU @ 3.70GHz  3.70 GHz

128 GB RAM

My problem here is that both it is 7 months ago since that I installed the Heavyocity libraries and also my memory is not that good.

As part of the 'registration' have you then tried if you could add the Heavyocity keys in Native Access ? , all my Heavyocity shows in Native Access and also shows at the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page as registered ! , it has also all been placed in sub-folders in my Native Instruments library 'Content directory' !

    P.S.

Instructions clearly says : INSTALL/ACTIVATE YOUR PRODUCT: Your product serial number(s) for activation (via Native Access or iLok)

You have added the serial in Native Access ? and you still do not see the product available in Native Access ?

Then you need to reset the Native Access XML also , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access

Sorry , but initially you did not tell that product were also missing in Native Access.

If you have properly added the key in Native Access then you should be able to find the product on your list of Registered Products on the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page , if you have added the product in Native Access and Native Access accepted the key then there ought not be any way that the product does not appear on your list of Registered Products on the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page , if it does not show on the page after having been accepted in Native Access and you are logged in to the correct account then you will have to contact Account and registration support !

If the product is properly added in the Native Access and if the product actually do show on the list of Registered Products on the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page and the product still does not appear in the Native Access ALL even after a Native Access XML has been reset then you need to contact Native Access support

I finally got it working by reinstalling it (three times). Thanks.

I just installed the Heavyocity NP04 Solo Textures and it required I run their online download program first to download the library into an appropriate directory before running it through Native Access to install it. The reason being that they have to position the files correctly in the directory you specify so that Native Access can recognize it and add it appropriately. I missed that at first and it was driving me crazy that NA couldn't install it no matter what location I specified.

Most likely not going to help if you activated and installed properly but you could try the reinitialize the KONTAKT Database Else be sure that you have sufficient access privileges at install destination and try running Kontakt standalone as an Admin !

Personally I never had a single problem installing or using anything Heavyocity on my Windows 10 , 64 bit ! And the Foundation Staccato Strings is no different. (Which of course is of rather little help to you !)

    P.S.

Un-packed then my Foundations Staccato Strings download is 236 MB , 28 Files, 7 Folders

Thanks. Ran as admin and reinitialized as you suggested. Exact same behavior with the instrument.

Here is more evidence that the instrument is installed.

This trouble shooter here is for native access , but maybe you have a corrupted product XML ? (section 3) : My Products Are Showing As DEMO in Native Access , especially '2. Your activation fails because of corrupted or missing activation tokens' and '3. You have corrupted XML files'

(I didn't find the Staccato Strings there myself ?)

Else , sorry , I don't know what else to suggest other than contacting Heavyocity Support ! 🤔

It does not show as registered at NI, but I don't know how to do that. I "bought" it from Heavyocity, and I do not see a way to add it to NI. Sorry for what is probably a rudimentary question, but I only have a few NI instruments that work fine as they are.

And I am using the same email address for NI and Heavyocity.

I've done everything I see to do (and according to the directions). We'll see if I hear from their tech support.
