How can I connect my Maschine JAM to the channel of my XDJ-RX?
Hello!
I’ve been developing this set that consists in making songs from scratch with the Maschine JAM, with the pc connected to the channel 2 of the mixer (set to Phono/Line) of my XDJ-RX with an RCA-jack, getting the signal from the microphone jack output.
Channel 1 is set on Deck and use it normally to put songs from my usb connected to the consolle.
I then alternate between pre-existing songs and my live creations.
I realized today that the sound coming from the Maschine is terrible, most probably because the RCA-jack connection is terrible. (It’s not the cable, I tried different ones.)
So, how can I connect the pc to channel 2 via AUX without using an RCA-jack?
I have an audio interface but I’m struggling to figure out the best way to use it for this issue (it’s an M-Audio AIR 192|4)
I have a gig tomorrow and I realized this just today cause I’m an idiot I guess, if someone can help me I would be so grateful.

You say channel 2 is set to line/phono - well, which? It can't be both.
It should be set to line. Phono is for turntables and is not suitable for connecting your computer.

Yes that's the switch on the top. There's also a switch on the back.
